To initiate a discussion with a provider, start by contacting a provider.
From the search results
You can contact directly the providers from your search results. Once the contact is made, the conversation will automatically appear in the "Messaging" section of your account.

💡 Good to know: Conversations in the Preclinical Testing section of the platform are independent of conversations in the Clinical Testing section.
Navigating through your conversations
Once you're in the "Messaging" section of your account, you'll be able to exchange messages, share documents, and track your chats in real-time.
💡 Good to know: If you are not logged in to the platform when a service provider responds to you, don't panic: you will be notified by email when a service provider responds to you.
Filter your conversations by project
For efficient management of each of your projects, use the filter feature to sort conversations based on the specific test project. This will allow you to stay organized and communicate with the providers in a targeted manner regarding each cosmetic product evaluation.
Note that a single provider can be assigned to more than one of your evaluation projects.
Archiving a conversation
It's not possible to permanently delete a conversation. However, you can archive conversations that you believe are over (coming soon).
When you set the status of one of your projects to "Completed", the providers you contacted for that project will be notified of the end of the project and the conversation, unless the conversation is about one or more other ongoing projects.
