1. The service provider is notified by email
Once your request has been sent, it will be delivered to the commercial email addresses of all the service providers you have selected.
If the service provider takes some time to reply, don't worry, we'll send them a reminder a few days later.
💡Good to know: The commercial e-mail address is given to us by the service providers themselves. We ensure that this address is kept up to date by the service providers.
2. The service provider answers your request
The service provider will then contact you directly via the platform's messaging system. Delays may fuctuate depending on the provider's availability.
To find your conversation, log back into your Skinobs account, then go to the section of the platform where you contacted the providers (preclinical tests section or clinical tests section) to find the conversations.
💡Good to know: When a service provider answers you, you will receive an email notification on the email address linked to your Skinobs account.
When you reply to the service provider, they will also be notified of your reply, and so on.
