A conversation opens as soon as you contact a laboratory.
From the search results
Contact laboratories directly from your method search results. Once contact is made, the conversation automatically appears on the "Messaging" page of your account.

💡 Good to know: Conversations on the preclinical platform are independent of those on the clinical platform.
Navigate through your conversations
Once on the "Messaging" page of your account, you can exchange messages, share documents and follow your discussions in real time.
💡 Good to know: If you are not logged in to the platform when a laboratory replies, don't panic: you will be notified by email when a laboratory replies to you.
Filter your conversations by project
To manage each of your projects efficiently, use the filter function to sort conversations by testing project. This lets you stay organized and communicate in a targeted way with laboratories about each cosmetic product evaluation.
Note that a single laboratory can be assigned to several of your evaluation projects.

Conversations and archived projects
It is not possible to permanently delete a conversation.
When you set one of your projects to the "Archived" status, its conversations are not hidden: they remain visible in the messaging. The laboratories you contacted for that project are not notified and see nothing of the project.
