What happens when I contact a provider through the platform?

Discover the reliable and secure communication process between you and the providers you contact through the platform.

The platform lets you contact the providers of the methods you found through your search: laboratories, but also device or test support manufacturers. Communication goes through a messaging system built directly into the platform.

1. The provider is notified by email

Once your request is sent, it is received at the sales email address of every provider you selected.

If the provider is slow to reply, don't worry: we send them an automatic reminder on your behalf three days after your message, then a second one ten days later if they have not opened it.

💡 Good to know: the sales email address is given to us by the providers themselves, who keep it up to date.

2. The provider replies to you

The provider then gets back to you directly through the platform's messaging. Response times may vary depending on their availability.

To find your conversation, log back in to your Skinobs account, then open the messaging of the platform on which you contacted the providers (preclinical platform or clinical platform): the conversations of the two platforms are independent.

💡 Good to know: when a provider replies to you, you receive a notification email at the address linked to your Skinobs account.

When you reply to the provider, they are also notified of your reply, and so on.

Skinobs' mission is to ensure clear and fast communication for evaluation managers and providers alike. If you run into a problem during your exchanges, feel free to contact us.
