The current version of the platform was released on April 16, 2024 in its beta version, and is free to access for the duration of the beta.
As long-time users will have noticed, the platform has been transformed both visually and functionally. Here is a summary of the changes.
A visual redesign
The platform
The platform has been visually redesigned, with a new search interface and new interfaces for the directory, the map of providers, and more.
💡 Good to know: You navigate between the pages of the platform from the side menu, on the left of your screen.
The website
The platform is not the only one to get a makeover! The Skinobs website has also been extensively redesigned: visit the website.
The Cosmetics Testing News
The news feed, now the "Cosmetics Testing News", has been redesigned and offers a more intuitive interface to find and filter articles.

Beyond the redesign, the platform offers many new features, currently in beta.
Don't hesitate to send us your feedback if you find bugs or have new ideas: we improve the platform thanks to your feedback!
One account for both platforms
One account gives you access to both the clinical platform and the preclinical platform: switch from one to the other in one click!
💡 Good to know: Did you previously have an account on each platform? A single login gives you access to both platforms.

Messaging
No more Excel spreadsheet next to the platform to keep track of which provider has replied: messaging is here!
It lets you contact several providers at once, and find all your conversations in one place. Share files, images or simple text messages with providers, and access all your conversations from the same space.
You receive an email when a provider replies to you. No need to follow up with providers: we take care of it to maximize the response rate.
Projects
The projects feature makes it easier to keep track of your ongoing projects, by filtering your conversations with the providers you contacted and your saved methods.
Organize your work with these "folders", and focus on your ongoing projects.
Saving methods and taking notes
You can save the methods that interest you, and take notes for each project they relate to!
Then find them on the "Saved services" page, and filter them by the project(s) you saved them for!
Method comparison
Compare two or three methods side by side, and export the comparison as a PDF with your notes.
Start it with the "Comparison mode" button, from your search results or from the "Saved services" page.
